Where’s my Download? Troubleshooting 101:

    • You get two emails, one is a receipt confirmation, you will not get a link on that email.
    • The other email has the link. It sometimes goes to a spam folder. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away. It is emailed to you within 10 minutes to the email address you used to purchase it with.
    • If you get neither a receipt or a link email you did not finish your purchase.
    • You can watch the video online by opening a new tab or window in your browser and logging into the Spinning Babies® Community.  You can download it to your computer if you have room, but not to multiple devices. The file is too big to download to a phone.
    • In the browser, view subtitles in English, Française or Español by clicking on the CC button in the bottom right corner of the video player and selecting your language.

    • Française and Español subtitled videos are separate downloads.

    • Make sure you have lots of room on your device before beginning download. You may not be able to download it twice.

Some really great practical exercises and bits of advice that are backed up by clear explanation of what it’s doing to and for your body to prepare for labour — something that is often missing from pregnancy programs.

It is full of good information. But it would be nice if there were chapters. Like one for the intro, one for the exercises, one for the yoga. That way you could go directly to what is relevant for you that day. Also, I have SPD, so many of the asymmetrical stretches and yoga positions aggravate the pain. You might put that in the description or add some modifications for if you suffer from SPD.

I have been doing the exercises every day for the last week and I can notice how easier it is to move around. I am also confident that the stretches for my pelvis will help with labor later on. The only thing is that they made one big video with several subjects and I would have prefer that they have broken up into several smaller lessons.

great set of tips and excercises, I am 40 weeks and doing it every day to make sure baby is in the right position for birth but wish I started doing it all much earlier!!!

Helpful and affordable for a home prenatal yoga practice! The materials have gotten me thinking a lot about my pelvis and how I’m sitting and resting. I appreciate it.

The daily essentials exercises have been such a valuable part of my routine. The yoga sequence at the end is so soothing and empowering- exactly what I need in preparation from my attempt at VBAC. I’m so happy I listened to my friend who recommended I take a look at spinning babies!

  15. Kassandra M. (verified owner)

Lots of good info for the price. More daily stretches than I thought there would be.

I was recommended to Spinning Babies by my midwife and I absolutely love their Daily Essentials Class and the amount of information they offer on their website.

I am currently on my second trimester and do these exercises daily. I am a yoga practitioner and have taught yoga as well, and I can say these exercises are helpful and doable to both, experienced practitioners and beginners.

Would recommend to all pregnant mamas out there!

This video is fantastic. I’ve been doing the yoga flow sequence every night since 23 weeks (I’m 34 weeks now). Both these movements and posture awareness have kept me flexible, mobile and comfortable even though I have a fractured lower vertebrae and frequently pick up my 25 pound son. The yoga flow is so relaxing to do before bed; I sleep great! Thanks so much for creating a program that is realistic and enjoyable to do daily!

I had this video recommended to me by my doula at the start of my 3rd trimester. I am only at 32 weeks, but since doing this video baby is already head down – something I was so nervous about! But even better than baby head down, is that I feel so much better in my body after I do the stretches. The yoga sequence is nice, but I prefer the longer stretching portion. I also really appreciate the tops on posture while walking and sitting. As well as the flashlight explanation – I had seen this talked about in other places and did not get it, nor why it was important. With this video I did and I am so grateful because it has really changed how I approach my pregnancy. Even my partner has noticed that I am moving better and with more ease even as I continue to progress. I now recommending this video to all my pregnant friends.
