Heidi Duncan

Heidi has been supporting birthing families as a Doula and Childbirth Educator since 2001. She is passionate about bringing clarity to expecting parents’ understanding of pregnancy and labor, with the goal of having a peaceful birth experience. With the addition of the physical activities offered by the Spinning Babies® Parent Class, she looks forward to introducing a much-needed mind/body balance to birth preparation. Heidi offers the Parent Class privately at clients’ homes throughout the Middle Tennessee region and with group events in Clarksville and Nashville. She also is happy to present the Online Guided Spinning Babies® Parent Class to families in TN and beyond.
