Ana Arreola Vallow

Ana Vallow is a birth doula of 9 years, certified lactation specialist, childbirth educator, and certified Dancing for Birth Instructor. Ana has a background in dance and believes a movement is a key tool in keeping a healthy body through pregnancy and birth. Ana will serve families with Spinning Babies^® Parent Classes to enrich the educational experience with a focus on the importance of movement through pregnancy and birth. This is to bring balance to the pregnant body and encourage optimal positioning for baby. Indy Birth Services believes that birth is a life event and honoring the physiological process of birth is imperative to a family’s experience. Ana is excited to educate families and enrich the learning experience for birth givers and families in her community through Spinning Babies® Parent Classes.
