I work with pregnant parents throughout pregnancy teaching childbirth education, using Spinning Babies® information to help them understand some of the physiology of birth, how to make room for the baby, positions to use in pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I also work as an OB RN, Doula, and provide Craniosacral Therapy if requested to help balance the body. I support new parents, giving them local resources to access, being available for questions, follow up appointments, etc. I teach Spinning Babies® Parent Classes every 3-6 weeks in my office.
