Dena Gold

Dena is an acupuncturist, herbalist, massage therapist, full-spectrum doula, and lactation counselor serving New York City and the surrounding area. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to support people through the entire perinatal journey, including fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She seeks to help people navigate the changing terrain of their own body, mind, and spirit. Her love of anatomy and birth come together in her body balancing sessions that may include massage, acupuncture, moxibustion, and/or Spinning Babies® techniques. These sessions can help people adjust to their changing pregnant body and can aid relaxation and proper tensegrity to allow babies to find their optimal position.
