Eftychia Topouzi

Eftychia supports, educates and accompanies women/couples during pregnancy, birth and through the first year of parenthood. She provides Attachment-Focused & Trauma-Informed services as a birth/postpartum doula, childbirth educator, hypnobirthing practitioner, infant massage instructor, Focusing guide and Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator. She attended her first Spinning Babies® workshop in 2019 and was so amazed by the depth and effectiveness of this approach that she instantly decided it was something she should offer to parents. She believes that the way a couple enters parenthood, plays a crucial role to their forming as parents. And she is there for them, actively listening and responding to their needs, providing evidence-based information, supporting their choices, to add her two cents in a positive, conscious and empowering experience on the welcoming of their child. As she says, “If we want to create a healthy society with happy people, we need to begin from where everything starts… birth.”
