Having raised three sons and worked for three decades as a Certified Nurse-Midwife, Nanci understands how significant childbirth is for women. It represents the very essence of womanhood, and the birth of a child is a magical moment that also brings the birth of a mother. She feels privileged to have been part of this intimate moment when a family was formed or expanded Although retired, Nanci continues to assist pregnant women in her community by providing Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Classes. As a Spinning Baby® Aware Practitioner (SpBAP), she can help women alleviate pregnancy-related aches and pains by releasing fascia through bodywork. She’s particularly excited to work with mothers whose babies are in the breech presentation and who hope for a vaginal birth. The facial releases can assist babies in turning spontaneously, increasing the chances of successful vaginal delivery. Women planning an External Cephalic Version (ECV) can also benefit from this meeting, making the procedure more comfortable and more likely to succeed.
