Paula Roufs

Paula has been serving expectant families in Central MN since 2012 – as a doula, prenatal bodyworker (massage and dynamic body balancing), birth assistant, community leader, and now as the owner of For All of Maternity, a one-stop-shop in St. Cloud, MN for all things pregnancy, birth, & breastfeeding. Her skills and expertise are now all under one roof! She owns and operates the store as well as a doula agency where she mentors new doulas and connects them with families. She also offers several educational and informative events regularly to her community.
