Rebekkah Carney

Rebekkah has been supporting families since 2019 through pregnancy, birth and postpartum in her doula practice she specialized in supporting unmedicated births and VBAC clients. She is excited to teach families across Chicagoland tools they can utilize in pregnancy and birth to have more empowering experiences through the Spinning Babies® Parent Class. Rebekkah finds excitement and purpose teaching her class attendees the Three Balances and incorporating movements to utilize in pregnancy and labor to help them be empowered in their own experience.  My dream for you is to walk into your birth feeling supported, prepared, and knowing you will always have someone caring and focused on you and your family. I will walk along side you during a time of change and transition in postpartum, while I fill you with confidence, give you grace when you need it, and help you discover the strength you already have within yourself.
