Rose has been a yoga and movement teacher since 2010 and specialized in prenatal and postnatal classes in 2014. She has also been supporting women and their families as a birth doula since 2016. She became a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator in 2019 and is thrilled to teach the Spinning Babies® Parent Class to expectant parents in Calgary, Alberta.
