As a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, parents learn how to balance their anatomy to create more ease in pregnancy and birth with movement and gravity at their aid. I also provide consultations to talk through additional questions parents have and if the Spinning Babies® approach would be helpful for them.
As a doula, I provide birth and postpartum support for families to ease their way into parenthood. Care includes 2 consultations prenatally as you create a plan for birth and a plan for postpartum. In addition to prenatal support, families also have 2 postpartum visits for birth processing, breastfeeding and recovery support and newborn/family sleep solutions.
