Tamara Villavicencio

Tammy is a Doula and Childbirth Educator that decided to become a Registered Nurse so she could expand her ability to support birthing people. She is passionate about education, research and physiological birth. Tammy’s experience utilizing the Spinning Babies® approach includes prenatally with Childbirth Education and balancing sessions as well as during labor with her patients and doula clients.

After attending many births as a doula, Tammy began to wonder why many of them has a cesarean birth due to lack of progression. Once Tammy found Spinning Babies®, the light turned on. She now uses this method to help many of her students and clients make room for baby, bring balance to their body, and end up having an easier pregnancy and birth.
