Tiffany is a birth doula and childbirth educator who focuses on equipping parents to make informed choices throughout their birth experience and to be empowered to have a satisfying birth, whether that journey is straightforward, or has lots of twists and turns. She is passionate about the power of the Spinning Babies® framework for understanding birth, as it equips birthing families with practical tools to address some of those twists and turns in ways that promote comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth. She is proud to offer the Spinning Babies® Parent Class to families in her community in Eugene, Oregon and surrounding areas. Tiffany offers monthly group Spinning Babies® Parent Classes (see schedule at insightdoula.com), as well as private sessions upon request.
