HEALTH & SAFETY

The health and safety of everyone attending our trainings is of utmost importance to us. Spinning Babies® is closely monitoring the global health situation, as well as updates and recommendations from public health officials. We will be taking necessary steps to do our best to prevent any transmission of COVID-19, but we cannot completely eliminate all risk. Each of us are responsible for our own health and safety. Spinning Babies® will set clear requirements that will reflect the most current advice and best practices from the state governor and the CDC to minimize the risk of transmitting COVID-19.

Our safety measures will include:

• Everyone needs to bring and wear a facemask
• Washing hands frequently, when entering, exiting, before and after hands-on activities, and as often as you feel necessary
• Do everything possible to keep a 6-foot distance from one another throughout the duration of the training
• The seminar room will be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized at the beginning and end of each day
• Anyone participating will follow all health and safety rules as disclosed

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or substitution accepted under restricted conditions.

$100 USD fee for cancellations before March 22nd, 2021.

$300 USD fee for cancellations between March 23rd, 2021 – July 22nd, 2021.

NO REFUND ON OR AFTER July 23rd, 2021. Please note this. You can get a substitute, however. See below.

SUBSTITUTION

The substitute must fit all prerequisites.

No substitutions after August 23rd, 2021. Please note this.
Substitution requests require giving us the full contact information of the person to whom you are giving or selling your registration.

Arrange a substitution by including your full name in your email, and include the full contact information of the substitute in an email to info@SpinningBabies.com. Write as soon as possible so they have time to receive communication from us to verify eligibility and get confirmation of their place in the workshop.

Make sure your substitute is eligible! If your substitute is not eligible, follow the refund schedule. You must work out the payment details with your substitute yourselves or it will be considered a cancellation and charged according to the cancellation schedule.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Spinning Babies® works to champion access to normal physiological birth to all parents and providers to reduce disparities in outcomes among non-dominant communities. We offer full or partial scholarships for Birth Workers of Color for this workshop. Please fill out this form to be considered. REGISTRATION & PRE-WORKSHOP STEPS

Step 2. Receive and sign the Aware Practitioner agreement with Spinning Babies®.

Step 3. You will receive access to our online module. Please make sure to complete the first two steps of Module 1: Main Page.

All steps are necessary for you to attend the Aware Practitioner Workshop.
