Teresa has been serving the birthing community in the South Bay/Los Angeles area of Southern California for the last 10 years. After attending close to 100 births, she has learned that education, relaxation and fetal position are key to having an easier birth. As a doula Teresa is passionate about learning new techniques to help birthing families. After taking three Spinning Babies® Workshops and using it in her practice, she was very excited to be a part of the first group of Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educators in our area.
