I have been working in the birth world for 12 years. I am a certified Holistic Doula having taken the most extensive doula education offered, in Victoria, BC. I believe strongly in physiological birth. I can offer you tools that help you prepare your body for birth prenatally. I also provide extensive education for the birth person/family. I have expanded my training to become a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator (SpBCPE) and a Body Ready Method Pro (BRM Pro), both of which parallel my belief in phsyiological birth. Having such amazing tools to give my clients for practical body preparation for birth is so empowering.
