Donna Zubrod is a nationally certified, North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, and DONA certified Birth Doula. Her practice, Seven Generations Reproductive Wellness, supports people towards better health and positive outcomes during their childbearing years through menopause and beyond. For the past 10 years, she has worked with close to 1000 moms-to-be to help alleviate their discomforts during pregnancy. At the heart of working with her clients is educating them about their bodies and teaching them self care so that they are more informed and feel more personally engaged and empowered as they physically prepare for their gentle birthing time.
