I’m a mother of 3 children and founder of the yoga studio ’Studio108’ in Tallinn. With weekly Prenatal Yoga classes since 2005, I have helped around 1,000 women prepare for birth. An important part of my work is also instructing classes for postpartum recovery. I’m a certified Doula and Lactation Consultant, and since 2017, I have been supporting women directly at the birth. I’m loving nature and finding the deepest wisdom in it. In my work, I’m combining traditional birth wisdom with evidence-based care and emotional, physical, and mental preparation for birth. My main tools are breath, mobility, movement, relaxation, and mindful meditation.
