Hailey Miller, PT, DPT is a pelvic health and infant physical therapist specializing in supporting the mother–baby dyad through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Her clinical work integrates pelvic health physical therapy with movement-based and manual therapy approaches to optimize alignment, balance, and nervous system regulation for both mother and baby.
Hailey is the co-founder of Move Through Motherhood, a program designed to support women through the physical transitions of pregnancy and postpartum with an emphasis on pelvic floor function, whole-body mobility, and birth preparation. Her work focuses on improving pelvic and uterine balance, addressing musculoskeletal restrictions that impact fetal positioning, and supporting physiologic birth outcomes.
She has advanced training in Dynamic Body Balancing (CSFT), craniosacral and fascial-based techniques, infant manual therapy, and integrative approaches to pelvic and abdominal health. Hailey frequently works with pregnant clients experiencing pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, or concerns related to fetal positioning, as well as infants with feeding difficulties, tension patterns, and post-birth recovery needs.
Hailey values Spinning Babies® as a powerful framework that aligns with her holistic, biomechanics-informed approach to care and supports families in feeling empowered and prepared throughout pregnancy and birth.
