With nearly two decades of experience in massage therapy and over twelve years as a yoga instructor, I’ve built my career around helping people feel grounded, supported, and empowered in their bodies. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Health in 2011 and became a Registered Nurse in 2018, where my passion for maternal health truly found its home.
My background in massage and yoga has given me a deep, practical understanding of anatomy, breathwork, and body mechanics—skills that allow me to keep my patients calm, focused, and physically aligned throughout labor. I specialize in positioning techniques that create space, encourage optimal fetal movement, and support a safe, physiologic birth.
I love walking alongside my patients in moments where they are both their strongest and their most vulnerable, providing steady guidance, evidence-based support, and a presence that helps them trust their bodies and their power.
