I am committed to helping new families find their true north as they navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. My goal is to honor each family’s individual birth preferences through evidence-based education, access to quality perinatal care, and personal empowerment.
My approach to support blends intuition, experience, and extensive knowledge with hands-on care. I strive to create a nurturing environment where families feel confident, informed, and empowered to advocate for themselves. Above all, I want birthing individuals and their families to have the space to be fully themselves, allowing for deep connection during such a beautiful, vulnerable, and life-changing time.
My interest in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care began with my own journey into parenthood in 2013. After the birth of my second daughter in 2016, I felt called to become a doula. Those experiences ignited my passion for supporting families from conception through the first year of parenthood.
For thousands of years, across cultures and communities, birthing people have been surrounded and supported by others throughout the perinatal period. That communal knowledge helped generations learn how to find comfort during pregnancy, prepare for birth, feed their babies, and heal during postpartum. Today, many families enter parenthood without that same built-in network of support.
I hope to help bridge that gap. By providing education, compassionate support, and practical tools, I help families navigate the steep learning curve that comes with welcoming a new baby. My goal is for every family I support to feel more connected to their own instincts, more confident in their choices, and reassured that they do not have to navigate this unpredictable and extraordinary journey alone.
