As a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, I support families in cultivating balance, comfort, and physiological ease throughout pregnancy and birth. My work is rooted in the understanding that baby positioning is not about force — it is about creating space, alignment, and functional movement within the birthing body.
With a background in bodywork and perinatal support, I am board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). My training includes work in therapeutic bodywork, emergency medicine environments, and holistic perinatal care. I bring a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware lens to every session, honoring the whole person — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
I am also a student midwife and interfaith chaplain, which deeply informs my approach. I believe birth is both a biomechanical and sacred process. My sessions are collaborative, educational, and gentle. I empower clients with practical tools from the Spinning Babies approach — including balance techniques, daily activities, and partner-supported movements — to encourage comfort in pregnancy and smoother birth progression.
Whether you are preparing for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), navigating discomforts of pregnancy, seeking support for breech or posterior positioning, or simply wanting to feel more confident in your body’s design, I offer grounded, compassionate guidance.
My work centers on:
• Restoring balance in the pelvis and surrounding soft tissues
• Supporting optimal fetal positioning through body awareness and movement
• Integrating the emotional and spiritual dimensions of birth
• Honoring maternal autonomy and informed choice
I believe when we support the whole person, birth unfolds with greater clarity, trust, and dignity.
