I’m a midwife and childbirth educator with nearly a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Based in Poland, I continue to work actively in a hospital birth setting, where my heart truly belongs — in the delivery room. Over the years, I’ve also worked as a community midwife, accompanying parents both before and after birth. This holistic perspective shapes my approach: I believe birth is not just a medical event, but a powerful, transformative experience for every woman. My mission is to help families prepare for birth in an informed, conscious, and empowering way. I’m passionate about promoting physiological birth and movement during labor. I encourage parents to work with their bodies, their babies, and their instincts — trusting the innate wisdom of birth. Before we reach for interventions, I believe in optimizing physiology whenever possible. I continuously expand my knowledge and skills through professional courses and trainings to better support the families I work with. I share educational content on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum on social media as Położna Mamaga. You can find me on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook — connecting with thousands of families every day and creating a safe, supportive space for learning and preparation.
