Dr. Kjersti is a chiropractor with 20+ years of experience and a heartfelt passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. As a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, she applies advanced bodywork principles to restore balance and ease in the pelvis and surrounding structures – creating space and comfort that supports optimal baby positioning.
Alongside her Spinning Babies® training, Dr. Kjersti is also certified in the Webster Technique, Applied Kinesiology (AK), and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) – addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy with a gentle, holistic approach.
Her care extends beyond birth – supporting women postnatally, babies, and growing children. She is also trained in Retained Neonatal Reflexes (RNR), a gentle hands-on therapy that supports the integration of primitive reflexes to improve brain-body connection, motor skills, and developmental progress in babies and children.
