I am Sheethal Sathya, a passionate birth professional dedicated to transforming the pregnancy and birth experience for families in Chennai and worldwide.
I believe that a smoother birth begins with understanding birth physiology. I actively integrate the Spinning Babies® paradigm into my childbirth education to help parents create balance in the body, optimize fetal positioning, and utilize physical comfort measures.
I am also a Lactation Consultant, Birth Doula and a Parenting Counsellor.
