Tracey Russell is a full‑spectrum, community‑based doula serving families across Dane County and Southern Wisconsin. She is the founder of Russell Family Doula Services and has supported families for over a decade across pregnancy, birth, postpartum, fertility, pregnancy loss, and emotional well‑being. Tracey is a DONA‑certified birth doula, Certified Advanced Prison Doula, Spinning Babies® Certified Birth Professional, and Certified MEGI High‑Risk Doula. She serves as Project Manager for the Wisconsin Prison Birth Project and as a Doula Training Instructor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons through the Ostara Initiative, contributing to maternal and infant health systems at both the community and policy levels.
