Tyeisha is a Childbirth Educator with over five years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Born and raised in Washington, DC, she works as a Perinatal Community Health Worker at Mamatoto Village, providing individualized care to mothers and families. With over seven years as a nanny, including postpartum doula support, Tyeisha’s love for babies runs deep—even before they enter the world. A graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts and currently completing her Health Services Management BS at the University of Maryland Global Campus, she is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). She combines creativity, compassion, and evidence-based knowledge in her work. Passionate about empowering birthing people, she helps families understand labor stages, explore birth positions, and feel confident in their choices. Tyeisha is excited to teach Spinning Babies® and looks forward to continuing to expand her knowledge to better support families. Known for her warmth, energy, and dedication, she brings love and guidance to every birth journey.
